Job Description
Responsible for proposal and estimate development for industrial automation solutions in Consumer Products, Food and Beverage, Life Sciences, and Material Handling industries. Projects range from simple PLC upgrades to full automation solutions featuring Allen Bradley, Siemens, AVEVA, Ignition, and custom software. Work with Business Development and others to improve estimating methods, tools, and standardize processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years Industrial Automation experience in design, controls, programming, electrical engineering.
- Experience using company methods and tools for estimating and proposal management.
- Extensive Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- Understanding of ERP and parametric estimation tools.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and RFPs.
- Strong communication skills.
