PI Admin

Dear Experts,
i have just installed PI and all the other interfaces on a machine, i have enabled the Pi datalink macro/addin in excel but when i try to search for a tag or create a tag from excel, i receive the following error:
1.could not load an object because it is not available on this machine,
2.compile error in hidden module: Main
3. -2147024809
4 0x80070057
pleae what could be the problem , i welcome your views...
from the apisnap, i can search for tags and see status of any tag but i can even see/create on excel, i keep receiving the above error
